Our Sanitation Commitment

Along with our HACCP program, we run an extremely precise sanitation process to ensure cleanliness and quality of product.

We have our own internal sanitation team who monitor the cleanliness of the factory throughout the workday. After hours we have a steam clean, degrease and sanitising program to inhibit the growth of food borne disease. This delicate process ensures the constant quality and cleanliness our processing plant and equipment and more importantly our product. All chemicals used are environmentally friendly, are AQIS approved and have materials safety data sheets to ensure food grade use.
